Retrace the steps of the Romans and witness their great feat of engineering by trekking along the central section of ancient Hadrian’s Wall in Northumbria.
Starting at Lanercost Priory, we trek 25 miles (41km) over two days alongside the only remaining sections of the wall to Broccolitia Roman Fort. Dotted with ancient monuments and fabulous views of Hadrian’s Wall itself, other highlights of our trek are the stunning scenery and sense of achievement after a long, challenging weekend.
