The Cycling event of the year
The Champions of CycleSport will be taking place on Wednesday 20 November, at the incredible Royal Lancaster Hotel, London. This unique event will allow you and your guests to dine with some of the greatest riders in the world, including a special attendee list of Next Generation riders, and celebrate cycling at this stand-alone end-of-season corporate occasion. Twenty Champion Cyclists are expected to attend and you can pay for them to join you on your table – where else can you get such intimate access to some of the best sporting legends in the world?

Not only can you rub shoulders, and dine with, some of the worlds finest cycling legends, but also enjoy the ambience in this breath-taking setting; the music, the games, the new style roving interviews, a celebrity host and the live and online auctions featuring money-can’t-buy dreams for any cycling fan. Enjoy a ride with one of your cycling heroes, get your very own Passoni Frame, signed kit, tickets and experiences on the bike and much more! This event has your name on it!

All tables are sold as tables of 10 with the coveted 'Platinum' standard which has the best view in the house with your very own Cycling Legend of your choice guaranteed at your table and plenty of extra drinks for you and your guests.

Yes, there are a number of table options that include the opportunity to have a champion join you and your guests.
What drinks package is included in the Table price?
Every guest receives a sparkling reception drink and a half bottle of wine included. Platinum guests will also receive 2 bottles of bubbles and 12 bottles of beer.
How do I order extra drinks for my table?
Table hosts will receive an email including a link to order any additional drinks for the table.
There will also be table and bar service.
How do I let you know if I have a dietary or access need?
All Table hosts will receive instructions on registering themselves and their guests which will enable you to let us know and needs you may have. If you wish to discuss anything further please contact Toby Tennant via email ttennant@action.org.uk.
How many guests per table?
Standard Tables hold 10 guests, whilst those with Champions joining them will have 12. All table hosts will receive confirmation of how many their table holds.
Those who have opted to have a Champion join them at the table should include them and their partner (if any) in this number.
Which hotel is nearby?
You can book a room at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, where the event is taking place. Please contact the bookings team on 0207 551 6000 or via the website.
There are other hotels that are close by that you are able to book.
What time do the main stage proceedings end?
The main event finishes at 11pm followed by music and dancing. Carriages are at 1am. There will be an after party at the Royal Lancaster Hotel from 1am onwards.
Is it possible to get a cab at the end of the night?
Yes, black cabs will be available outside the venue.
