Action Medical Research is proud to celebrate the incredible support of professional cyclist Pfeiffer Georgi – three-time British National Road Race Champion – and her father, Peter, as they champion the charity’s work and our upcoming event – the iconic Champions of CycleSport Dinner.
Cycling has always been central to the Georgi family story. As Pfeiffer explains: “Some of my earliest memories are of riding together – dad encouraging me, fixing punctures, taking me to races and showing me the joy of the open road. That support has carried me from those first wobbly miles to racing at the very top of the sport.”
Together, Pfeiffer and Peter are using their passion for cycling to raise vital funds for Action Medical Research.
As one of our proud charity ambassadors, Pfeiffer has seen firsthand how research funded by Action Medical Research changes lives. From pioneering ultrasound scans in pregnancy to breakthroughs in vaccines and treatments, our track record has touched countless families across the UK.
My connection with Action Medical Research is really important to me. I’ve had the privilege of attending the Champions of CycleSport Dinner for the last four years. It’s always a highlight – a chance to meet supporters face-to-face and see just how strongly the cycling community rallies behind the cause.
The Champions of CycleSport Dinner is taking place on 19 November 2025 and is Action’s flagship event which brings together cycling legends, supporters and fundraisers to help children affected by illness and disability.
