Complaints Procedure
Action Medical Research welcomes comment and has a procedure for dealing with any complaints.
If you want to make a complaint please write to Kabba Njie, Director of Finance, IT & Operations, Action Medical Research, 5th Floor, 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF or email companysecretary@action.org.uk
We will acknowledge your complaint and then investigate and aim to reply to you within two weeks.
For fundraising matters, if at the end of this process you are dissatisfied with our response, you can refer the matter to the Fundraising Regulator within two months of our reply.
Action Medical Research is a member of the Fundraising Regulator and aims to adhere to its Fundraising Promise and The Code of Fundraising Practice.
