At Action Medical Research, we want every supporter to have the best possible experience when donating or taking part in our fundraising activities. We understand that mistakes can happen, and we’re always here to help.
Under charity law (The Charities Act 2011), charities are not permitted to refund donations, other than in specific circumstances, such as where an administrative error has occurred.
If you believe a donation or purchase should be refunded, please contact our Supporter Care team on 01403 210406 (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm) or email info@action.org.uk, and we will happily investigate.
Please note donations arising from a sponsored event are typically not dependent on the supporter concerned completing the event and so cannot be refunded if the event or challenge is not completed.
Where a refund is possible, we will process it through the original payment card.
