Bike, hike and paddle through the British countryside in dawn to dusk triple challenge

Action Medical Research is excited to announce the return of the popular triathlon-style team challenge, Race the Sun. The series consists of six events held in stunning locations in Wales, the Lake District and the Jurassic Coast in Dorset, starting in Snowdon in April 2024.

The challenge pits teams against each other in a race against the setting sun. Teams compete to bike, hike and paddle in a thrilling one-day challenge and money raised will go towards life-saving research for children and babies.

The series is ideal for work colleagues and groups of family or friends who want an exhilarating day whilst also fundraising for medical breakthroughs to help children and families affected by diseases and disability.

We are excited to announce the stunning new locations for our Race the Sun 2024 series, including Snowdon and the Jurassic Coast in Dorset. If you enjoy a varied challenge whilst raising money for a wonderful cause to help children, then Race the Sun is for you!
