After booking, hosts will receive an email asking them to complete a form for guest names and dietary requirements.

If you wish to use name cards on your table please let us know and we will provide you with blank names cards on the night. Every guest will get a goody bag.

All tables are sold as tables of 10 and vary from the coveted 'Gold' standard which has the best view in the house and includes your very own Cycling Legend guaranteed at your table.
The Gold also includes five bottles of wine. The Silver Plus tables have a great central position and five bottles of wine plus a celebrity guest speaker or host/MC on your table. Silver tables have a central position and five bottles of wine. The Bronze tables include five bottles of wine and have a standard position with a good view of the event screens and/or stage.
