Great day cycling in the Castle 100 ride at Tonbridge. Super route through picturesque Kent on good and quiet roads. The event was superbly organised and the volunteers wonderful at the start/finish and all important feed stations. Different distances allowed a group of us to match out speeds and abilities. Highly recommended and already looking forward to doing it again next year. And very pleased to raise some money for AMR along the way!

Loved it! The scenery was stunning and despite the hills it was amazing. Volunteers at all the aid stations were super friendly and the food provided was first class. All in all an amazing day and a beautiful route. The leg aches today are worth it!

Great day out in and around Tonbridge for a worthy cause. Great atmosphere, well organised and free cup of tea at the end was a bonus.

This Ride was Epic! furthest I have ever cycled in one sitting! the organisation was superb from the signage through to the rest stops etc. the route is hard! im not going to lie the hills really got me at about 60 miles but the other cyclists really spurred me on

I came across Action Medical events when training for my second triathlon last year. The charity now holds a special place in my heart and life for transforming my fitness levels at an age when most would be winding down, and more importantly it is for an excellent cause. As long as I can ride, I will participate in events for Action Medical.

Seriously good fun. Loads of happy volunteers. Hugely generous feed stations. Beautiful well marked route with hardly any traffic. Thanks guys!

The start & finish were very well organised with helpful & friendly people.. the only negative would be for the signage (again) very confusing around the feed station , cyclists going back & forth , & a couple of times after.. all in all very well run & good fun

What a great day, well attend end a really well organised event, the event staff were great , really friendly and helpful they also made exceptionally good cakes. Food was really great at all rest stops. The route was lovely beautiful Kent at its best. What more can you ask for.

Thanks for such a great day.

I will definitely be back next year and many more thereafter
