Fighting Duchenne

Transform the lives of children born with the life-limiting disease Duchenne muscular dystrophy, by funding urgently needed research that could lead to a new treatment to help fight this devastating condition.

Childhood cancers

In the UK almost 4,000 children and young people under 25 are diagnosed with cancer every year. We are funding research to try and improve the chances and treatment for children with brain tumours and cancer.

Join Garmin and Action Medical Research for the biggest Garmin Ride Out yet!

The Garmin Ride Out challenges riders on the 50-mile road and, brand-new 30-mile gravel routes through the New Forest.

 All riders will receive an exclusive Garmin Ride Out jersey as well as the opportunity to rub shoulders with elite pro team cyclists, both out on the road and in exclusive talks with the stars of the sport.

Setting new standards

Long-term Action supporter and all-round superstar Jody Cundy made it into the record books this summer when he became the only British man to earn medals at seven consecutive Paralympics: Jody won silver in the C4-5 1km Time Trial before taking gold in the C1-5 Mixed 750m Team Sprint, setting a new world record in the process.
