We asked the question, our fans answered

Over on Facebook recently we asked our fans the all-important question;

"If money was no object, what would your next bike be?"

And here's what they said...

specialized levo ebike on a mountainside

Specialized Levo eBike

Loved by John on Facebook

Facebook user John says "(I want) to concentrate on my true love of mountain biking riding a Specialized Levo eBike which is my final “money no object” bike" and who can blame him after Specialized fine-tuned the suspension and increased the battery capacity by an incredible 40% on previous models! Thanks to John for supplying this picture of his pride and joy.

Expect to pay anywhere from £2,250 - £9,999 across the range

Cannondale Supersix bike

Cannondale Supersix

Loved by Andrew on Facebook

Speedsters will love the SuperSix range which Cannondale boldly claim "is a beautiful evolution of our classic race machine. We kept the lightweight and telepathic handling of the award-winning previous version and amplified the hell out of everything else. Smoother, more capable and much, much faster - it’s built to fly." We think it certainly looks the part!

The range will set you back somewhere between £2,000 - £8,999

Hallett 650b

Loved by Martin on Facebook

This piece of loveliness is the handy work of cycling journalist, Richard Hallett. In an interview with Road.cc Richard explained how he "formed a few ideas over the years on how I would like a bike to ride and handle and never found one that quite met my brief." So, if you can't buy it, build it! His bikes draw on French influences in the use of 650b tyres, typically associated with French randonneur bikes, popular for their utility. Big thanks to Martin for supplying the picture.

As a bespoke build it's hard to pin an exact price on, but expect it to range over £1,350

Moots Routt RSL

Loved by Sam on Facebook

Moving into the world of pure gravel the Routt RSL offers best in class titanium performance for gravel racing and riding with a lightweight titanium tube set and ride matched geometry to keep riders balanced, which Gran Fondo describes as "a sporty and fast all-round package with an excellent finish and an exclusive touch."

Expect to pay somewhere in the region of £4,000 (frameset) for this little beaut

AX Lightness Evo Vial Ultra

Loved by Graham on Facebook

Weighing in at an astonishing 4.4kg, Cyclist humorously points out that the Ax-Lightness Vial Evo Ultra weighs "less than the average cat, a lovely bunch of six coconuts, or the largest commercially available Toblerone" making it the lightest production road bike in the world!

As you might imagine, this lightweight bike comes in at a heavyweight price at around £10,500

Canyon Aeroad

Loved by Andrew on Facebook

Canyon describes the Aeroad as being for "Pure Racing! As the bike of choice for the WorldTour riders on Movistar Team, the Aeroad perfectly mixes handling, comfort and aerodynamic performance into a race-ready machine." We can't argue with that, and it's pretty darn sexy to boot!

Prices range from £2,449 to £7,249

Colnago Master X

Loved by Graham on Facebook

Lovingly crafted and handmade in Italy, the Colnago Master is a thing of real beauty with its stunning art decor scheme which is something to behold. Cyclist's verdict is that the Colnago Master has been a classic ever since it arrived in the 1980s, but they question whether it can still hold its own against the flashy newcomers? Obviously, for some of our fans, it can, and does!

You can pick up the frameset for a fraction over £2,000

Bianchi oltre XR4

Loved by David on Facebook

Bianchi describes the Oltre XR4 as a bike "driven to perform, with precision handling combined with their own vibration-cancelling CV system". We say it's a seriously gorgeous bike packed to the gills with snazzy tech!

Make it yours for £8,000
