About the RIDE Tommy Godwin Challenge
The RIDE Tommy Godwin Challenge was set up to honour the memory of 1948 Olympic cycling medallist Tommy Godwin.
Tommy enjoyed cycling in the Warwickshire lanes and in later years was always keen to encourage other cyclists, whether established stars or total newcomers. With this event we aim to replicate Tommy's experience of enjoying the countryside in Warwickshire and Worcestershire and his vision of encouraging more people to get out cycling.

The amount you’ll be charged is approximately 3% transaction fee + service fee. It varies slightly depending on how the event needs to be set up in the system in order to take registrations efficiently. Your entry fee then helps us cover some of the costs associated with putting on events like these and as a charity we rely on individuals fundraising or making a further donation which we can put towards our research, to help save and change the lives of children and babies.
